Abide Sanctuary was born from a lifelong love of creativity, faith, and meaningful living.

Founded by Devika, the heart behind the brand, creativity has always been part of her story. Before moving to Australia, she worked in textile design for a well-renowned company, a season that deepened her appreciation for craftsmanship, detail, and timeless beauty.

Although life eventually led her into a different field of work, her love for art and creating never faded. Whether preparing a thoughtful gift, decorating a home, or bringing people together, she always found joy in creating something meaningful with her hands.

A devoted Christian, much of her life was also spent serving and ministering within the church community: encouraging others, creating welcoming spaces, and finding beauty in simple acts of love and hospitality.

For many years, she carried the desire to one day create something like this: a space where creativity, faith, and intentional living could come together. Now in retirement, with God gently making a way and opening the time and opportunity, Abide Sanctuary became a natural continuation of that lifelong calling.

Inspired by the beauty of creation and the belief that even ordinary moments around the table can become meaningful ones, each piece is thoughtfully handcrafted to bring warmth, connection, and peace into the home.

Through natural timber, flowing resin art, and personalised engravings, every creation is designed to be used, shared, gifted, and loved.

The word abide means to remain, to dwell peacefully, and to stay connected: a reflection of the calm, warmth, and intentionality woven into every piece we create.
